These workshops are an invitation to look closely at your WHOLE self. As we dive into the ways that the many layers of the self—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic—connect and interweave, we will explore practical skills to maintain balance holistically. Through accessible lecture and journaling practices, the lens of the chakra system becomes a valuable tool for seeing ourselves clearly. Movement and meditation will be built in to the session to experience the concepts first-hand. Participants will leave with ideas and practices for everyday self-care. Choose single workshops or the whole series! This series will give practitioners and teachers of yoga new insight into the deeper, energetic connections that Holistic Yoga offers.

Focusing on the Heart Center, we will connect—with our deeper selves, with our body exactly as it is , with each other, and we’ll do it with Love, with Forgiveness and with Generosity! Come and enjoy meaningful self-care and in-depth study of the chakra responsible for connection: between the upper and lower halves of the body, between the inner and outer self, between the private cave of the heart and the bright and beautiful world.
3) Holistic Alignment: Inspiration & Light
Saturday March 3 3-5pm $25
As we turn out attention to head and neck, we focus on lightening and lifting our energy. The throat center, eyebrow center and crown chakras aid us in self-expression and self-understanding. This workshop includes journaling practices to awaken intuition, as well as relaxation practices to help see and experience ourselves more clearly. Explore physical practices expanding our knowledge about the upper three chakras and upward moving energy in the body, as well as lecture detailing the benefits (enlightenment) and pitfalls (trapped in your head) involved with this work, as well as tools to find balance as we become inspired.
