Where do you live?
Where did you grow up?
What do you do for a living?
I am an Executive Chef with D’Amico Catering.
When did you realize you wanted to be a chef?
I have always had a love for food, since I was a little boy cooking in the kitchen with my grandma, mom and aunts. I realized I wanted to be a Chef when I was a sophomore in high school.
Where is your favorite place to go in the Twin Cities and why?
My favorite places to go in the Cities are the lakes. It really helps me unwind and I love all the people and the food.
When you leave town, what do you look forward to most when you come home?
My beautiful wife-to-be and my kids.
What’s your take on the Minneapolis food scene?
I think it is really awesome to see all these talented chefs opening new restaurants and cooking food they love to cook and eat.
Where do you see the Minneapolis food scene in 5 years?
I see it continuing to improve through the years.
Minneapolis winters – yay or nay?
Yay! I love the winter because I love all the outdoor activities like ice fishing, skiing, snowball fights and sledding.
What’s a little known fact about you?
Most people don’t know that I love to cook with kids. I love how creative kids get when they get the opportunity to be free in the kitchen.
